Accessibility / Mobility
Ocean Terminal is an accessible building. Disabled parking spaces are located on Level C & E of the Red & Blue Multi Story Car Parks plus available in the Surface Car Park. Lifts are located at both car parks plus there is a lift located within the mall along-with escalators to access each floor.
Mobility services are available at Ocean Terminal. You can hire wheelchairs and scooters for free but you do need to register to access the service – this can be done on the day of your visit. Proof of name and address are required. To request use of this service, please call our team on 0131 475 9400 and the mobility aid will be brought to you. When you are ready to leave, you just call again to arrange for the mobility aid to be collected from you.
Enhanced cleaning procedures are in place to ensure a safe service.
Please note, following the Covid-19 pandemic, for the safety of our team our Customer Service Desk is not operating in its usual location on the ground floor. Assistance can be found at the Management Office on the 2nd floor (next to Pure Gym) or by calling us on 0131 475 9400. Alternatively, please seek assistance from a member of our team in the centre.
Guide / assistance dogs are permitted inside Ocean Terminal. No other animals may be brought into the centre. There is a dog creche located at the centre suitable for small & medium sized dogs. Find out more on this service HERE.
