Sky Retail Stores (Ground floor Kiosk): Sales Advisor 

Hours: Full time, permanent position

Salary: £14,976 - £31,000 OTE + uncapped commission + excellent benefits package

Applicants: 

As a Sales Advisor, you will be working from one of our pop-up stores in a local shopping centre, chatting to soon-to-be customers about our great range of products and services. Sometimes they will be coming to the shopping centre solely to see you, other times you will be starting the conversation yourself. Either way, you will find out which services they might be interested in, talk them through all their options, and help them to make their mind by showcasing what is on offer.

 

Do not worry if you have not got previous sales experience, or do not know much about what we have on offer. Our training programme and ongoing coaching will make sure you are fully equipped with everything you need to know before you get started.

The Royal Yacht Britannia: Digital Media Executive

Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, 8.55am to 5.05pm. Occasional out-of-hours working will be required. Including two weekends during August.

We are looking for an exceptional Digital Media Executive to join our team at The Royal Yacht Britannia. You will play a key role, supporting the Head of Department and Marketing Managers, to deliver Britannia's marketing strategies for day visitors, travel trade and evening events. The ideal candidate will be required to have several years experience in a similar role.

 

Responsibilities will include:

 

Assisting Marketing Managers with Britannia's web, digital and social media plan, across all aspects of the business - visitor attraction, evening events, groups, tea room and gift shop

Assisting Marketing Managers with the creation of a new responsive website and social media platforms, to include e-commerce and ongoing liaison with external agencies

Liaising with the Head of Marketing and Marketing Managers to support their marketing campaigns

Analysing, reporting on and tracking data to inform decisions, eg Google Analytics

Delivering creative online content across The Royal Yacht Britannia's social media platforms

Keeping abreast of new technologies and making recommendations, where appropriate, for Britannia.

 

Experience in the following areas will be required:

 

Using In Design, Photoshop and Ilustrator to design online and offline promotions

Video filming and editing (Movie/Final Cut)

Google Adwards and knowledge of PPC essential

Creating and analysing Facebook advertising campaigns

Digital copywriting

Running content management systems, Umbraco, WordPress or similar
