The girliest of colours, it strikes fear into the fashion hearts of many, but fear not – this trend is not about Barbie pink, anything but. It’s about the subtlety of powder pink, pretty pale takes on the girl’s colour. Wear it as a coat, a fun cardigan, or as part colour on a dress.

2. MID LENGTH FULL SKIRTS
So, we’ve had the mini, the maxi, the midi, the skater, the pencil – and here’s another new skirt style that we will ALL be embracing come October, mark our words! It’s the midi – but full. Sort of like a long skater skirt, if you like. It’s gorgeous with a simple t-shirt or shirt. Be careful if you’re on the short side, it could drown you. Wear with with a slouchy top to buy into another trend this season – volume.

It seems every season there is an animal print trend, with leopard leading the way. But this autumn winter it’s everything and everything -a whole zooful of animal print will hit the shops this autumn winter! Embrace it – try giraffe, zebra, ocelot, leopard, tiger – maybe even panda?! If you aren’t a huge fan of animal print, try using it as an accent – a pair of shoes or a bag is eough to buy into this trend.

4. HIGH SHINE/LEATHER
This is a bit of an off the wall one this one, but if you do it right, you can buy into this high shine trend. We’ve coupled it with leather to make it easier to wear. But the true high shine fabrics are plastics, PVCs, and the likes. H&M have the most amazing pink high shine skirt that would look fantastic with a slouchy sweater and a pair of boots during the day, and a plain t-shirt and a big necklace at night. If you really can’t do leather trousers, high shine skirts, then maybe just look for a pair of patent shoes, or a bag to get on board with this trend a little bit!
