That’s why we are recruiting for a Front of House Manager for PURE Ocean Terminal Spa & Beauty because we know the first step to a great journey is a great welcome and we need a passionate individual to manage the front of house team to deliver this every day.

To do this you’ll need to have the following skills and characteristics:

• Excellent customer service skills

• Strong management and leadership skills and experience

• Strong receptionist/sales/marketing background

• Staff coaching and developing

• Ability to motivate and lead a team towards exceeding business goals and objectives

• Excellent communicator, passionate, committed and dynamic

• Duties to include leading by example, supporting the management team, ensure all staff undergo the PURE Spa induction programme, take ownership of all training and development covering treatment therapies, customer service, Health & Safety and client handling, ensure compliance of administrative and financial functions with the Spa and actively seek opportunities to up-sell and maximize revenue.
